  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.
  • During peak periods (e.g., sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

1.2 Order Confirmation:
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is complete.


2. Shipping Options & Costs

2.1 Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

2.2 International Shipping:

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination. International shipments may take 7-21 business days to arrive.
  • Additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply for international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

3.2 Delivery Times:
Estimated delivery dates are provided during checkout and may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

3.3 Delays:
Urban Thread is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, such as severe weather, customs clearance, or carrier issues.


4. Shipping Restrictions

4.1 P.O. Boxes:
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.

4.2 Restricted Countries:
Currently, we are unable to ship to certain countries due to legal or logistical constraints. A list of restricted countries will be displayed at checkout.


5. Lost or Damaged Packages

5.1 Lost Packages:
If your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team at support@urbanthread.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

5.2 Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged, please email us with photos of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.


6. Changes to Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@urbanthread.com. Address changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.
